Cute PDF Writer (formerly CutePDF Printer) is the free version of commercial PDF creation software. CutePDF Writer installs itself as a "printer subsystem". This enables virtually any Windows application (must be able to print) to create professional quality PDF documents - with just a push of a button! You need to download and install both the 'write' and 'convertor' found on this page
To use this application, once it is installed. When you have the document you wish to convert open, you click on 'file' -> 'print' and then select 'CutePDFWriter'. It will ask you to select a location and name for your file. Once this is done, click ok and it will convert the document into a saved PDF file.
